+1 on the sprintech drop bar mirror, it's smaller than a similar one made by cycle aware (roadie) and the pivot point doesn't stick out so far as it does on the roadie. I tried both and kept the sprintech. It also doesn't move accidentally like the roadie did. I've seen another one called the Italian Road Bike Mirror but it looks like a pain to install because you have to put it underneath your bar tape and get the adjustment right before you tape over it. It's the smallest though and most discreet. Anyway, I really like the sprintech and after almost getting clipped recently by an (explitive) driver, I decided it was time for a mirror.
