Frame identification

Hi, can anyone please help identify this frame I picked up at a bicycle jumble?
keith Lambert transfers, 531 respray sticker.
BB has an "EO" in a diamond, and the numbers "4737"
The fork is a non original Tange one.

It did 55 miles at Eroica Britannia quite happily.

I am trying to find out if it is worth restoring or not.
I can add other pictures if needed.

Headset says Tange Falcon on it, but that might not mean anything, forks not original I don't think.

seems to take a 26.4 seat pin, but it is a snug fit, maybe just down to a bit of rust. Bottom Bracket is English threaded.

Thanks
