That depends...I did stop twice to buy more fluids on this ride, but still averaged 21.2 for a solo 101 miles - Solo century after the swim meet by Dave1442397 at Garmin Connect - Details

I drank six bottles of sports drink with electrolytes and two 20oz Diet Cokes, one at each rest stop. I know soda's not the best thing, but damn it felt good! I ate a pack of gels over the course of the ride, and a 180 calorie power bar every 25 miles.
