I posted this question on the Bike Mechanic Forum but it seems to have disappeared. My Fuji Absolute 3.0 fell off the back of my car. Two LBS say the front wheel is shot. I brought a replacement front wheel. I would like to learn to replace a rim. Web sites give me the opinion that any similar 700 rim will do. I feel there must be more to it than that.

Could anyone tell me what sizing is needed to get a rim for replacement? Also, where can one buy such a rim? Thanks rommer25.
