I have never ridden Dura-Ace, so I can't be definitive, but I have found that for me, any Shimano hub is durable and functional. I like my wheels to maintain a similar look, but I don't worry about exact components.... I would personally look for a similar looking wheel with any Shimano road hub... and would also consider other hubs as long as they are Shimano compatible.
