Check out the Withlacoochee Trail area when you're ready to move. Its 46 glorious miles.
We moved here (Citrus Hills) so we would be near the trail. And the Suncoast Trail (41 miles) and the Nature Coast Trail (26 miles) aren't that far from here. Loads of cyclists everywhere.
