Those approaches you're referring to are in clinical trials, so none of us know how well they work, nor do we have access to them. Especially if you don't already have significant nerve damage, SLT may be a good option for you. If it works, it should last several years and can be repeated. It's possible by then we may have better alternatives. Sounds like you're running out of medical options and surgical approaches come with significant risks.
I can't think of how cycling could have an effect, and I'm not aware of any studies.
I hope I am not out of medical options, as I have been on the new drops only 2 days. Just exploring options.
