Out of the 10,000 applicants they get for each issue, about 10% are from this area.

As for butch chics on bikes? That's just incomprehensible to me... Just hit up the hot ones, they're used to it. An even then you gotta be observant and responsive to the cues they're giving off. You can tell the ones that will be receptive 'cause the've got the full-makeup, hair's done up with no headgear, jewelry, perfume, fashionable outfits (not a bike kit) and they're riding slow so as to not break a sweat, and they're looking around checking out the scenery. The L.A. chics, though... they're beyond gaudy... we need to set up a wall and checkpoint on the freeway...
