Thanks for the replies

I called the bike shop today, they had another 56 in stock and swapped it out no problem

I examined the new bike with my phone's flashlight very carefully...found a small, very thin scratch on the vertical tube that runs in line with the seat post, but that's just nitpicking....

Im sure after a few rides there will be more scratches. After all, it is a bike!
