If that's your bike in the pic you have the wrong frame size if you ride with the seat as low as depicted, and/or you have a really bad fit.
Throws any aero advantage away as well as the power, efficiency and handling benefits of a proper fit/frame size.

thanks for the pointers are proper fit. I actually never set on that bike once but the day i brought it home and its hung in my office every since. I just liked the color of it ..
