Bikes: 1967 Carlton team/ 2013 BMC GF02 Disc/ 2013 Bianchi San Jose SS commuter

Another question I have I understand I can run from my braze on cable stop on the down tube with cable and housing but have no stop or finding a replacement derailleur with a cable stop... how do I add a stop at the derailleur end ?
