I'm no expert on Cinellis but the fact that the bike has a cinelli bottom bracket really doesn't prove anything. I have a non-Cinelli bike with a cinelli fork crown and a cinelli bottom bracket. Also the drop outs will tell you whether you have a track frame or not. Does the bike have track drop outs? More pictures would help of the complete bike as well as the drop outs esp. in the rear.
