While Airchucks are elegant, small, metal and oh-so-desirable; consider..

The lease costly cartridges are unthreaded 12 gm. I get 'em for about 55 cents each @ Wallymart (box of 40). Airchucks use threaded, and these usually cost much more. In the long run, I'd go for the least cost on cartridges. If weight is your main concern, Airchuck and larger cartridges it is.

As another choice, I recommend the Ultraflate (and unthreaded 12 gm cartridges). It holds an inverted cartridge packed within and does not rattle while riding. Pack more if desired, as I do. It's heavier but not spendy and my two kits have inflated too many flats to count on the trail. I'm still using the ones I got in ~2004.

Since the cartridges are inexpensive, I carry 6 and occasionally inflate other's flats on the road. Karma, to boot!
