Sweeeet! I reckon the Suburban weighs a little more than the Trek...maybe another 5-7 lbs-ish. I think that would be about right for an early 1970s electroforged Schwinn.
I have a '73 Schwinn Varsity and a '74 Schwinn Suburban. (Those are, by far, my two heaviest bikes.) I don't know exact weights, but I've heard/read those bikes are in the 35-42 pound range! They certainly feel like they weigh that much when you pick them up!
(I think my MGB might weigh less!)
