I try to use common sense? Since I retired and not traveling I'm eating better, average 1 beer/month give or take, have been eating more fruit. I'm not big on deserts, but have a weakness for the occasional donut. Probably drink too much coffee, my greatest vice. I find myself pretty busy so only riding a max of 4x/week, but I walk the dog usually twice a day each walk a fairly brisk 20-30 minutes; I think this helps keep my metabolism going. I'm down to the low 180's at 6'0".
