I went with
#2 being the most accurate though I've found that
how much I eat seems to be more important than specifically
what I eat.
Several (7 or 8?) years ago I was a rather portly 180 but am now down to my college-age weight of 155 and that feels good to me (5' 9" tall), so I'm trying to keep it there. If I were to "slide" down to 150 that wouldn't bother me at all . . . but it's not that likely!
