#6 . I don't find standard nutrition guides very compelling. I used a LCHF diet to get to my ideal weight but since then have experimented with modifications on my own. I follow a lot of health blogs and am pretty comfortable with my eating approach but wouldn't expect much support from nutritionists. For example, while I eat a fair amount of salad I eat virtually no vegetables - I have hated them since childhood. I get my vitamins from meat and fish.
