I gave up trying to figure out the diet thing. There's so much conflicting information, who's right? I think I've tried everything for health and/or weight loss. I give up. I just eat what I want and ride my bike lol
It is amazing how much consistent exercise makes up for any bad dietary habits. I heard a well noted dietician and nutritionalist say this 25yrs ago. And now we have the diet nazis straining and gnats and swallowing camels because the vast majority of these have not nor will exercise/train their whole lives.
In my world....exercise wins.
