i suspect that maybe the chain is catching on the shift ramps on the side of the big ring
i couldnt tell you why it is doing it now and not before
or how to fix the problem
but it is a possibility

it seems to be happening in exactly the same spot
which means it is likely caused by some feature on one of the rings
possibly a bent tooth on the small ring
or a shift ramp on the big ring
