I just stop regularly and get more iced water, once in a while a diet refill. I'm out there on a Schwinn trying to keep a two hour a day commitment to just biking and getting out. It's not a speed issue and I eat when I get home like I normally would.
I cannot afford sports drinks normally anyhow...the grocery store did have Propel water on sale for less than the soda and I have enjoyed them some (mostly as water refill bottles).
