Another very hot day expected with high mid-90s F and heat index over 100. Fortunately the heat spell is supposed to break with a strong cold front moving through tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it. My morning rides have been fine lately, with temps in the 70s, altho very humid. Afternoons are an ordeal. I may take a day off work this week to finish some yard projects at home, if the temperatures cool off like the forecasters are saying. I might not get another break in the heat until September.
