I had a SLOW ride in this morning.

I rode the Axel Merckx Gran Fondo on the weekend, about 2/3 of the way around the course my Garmin was reading 44.5*C. It was hot messy day. Still feeling sort of dragged out.

Took yesterday off to catch up on yard work (it rained!) and a SLOW ride in this morning.

Forecast for this afternoon? 38*C. Yippee!
