Google's My Tracks has the following "voice frequency" options:

-Minutes: 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60
-Miles: 1, 5, and 10

It has been a few days since I used it, but I believe that it announces time (duration of activity), distance, and speed- not necessarily in that order, though.

Edit: Used My Tracks today and the sequence is distance, time, and speed. A couple of things to note about this app:

-It is free. No third party ads, no premium subscription level to upgrade to.
-It will break the data down between average and actual. Example- I walked just over 3 miles today. From hitting start to stop, it took 54:34 but the actual time in motion was 50:36 and the average speed was 3.32 mph but the actual moving speed was 3.58 mph.
