As far as value is concerned, I think the numbers repechage and Kactus offered are probably good estimates considering the non-original parts. I'd guess around $700 or so for the P13 and maybe $300 for the P60. Generally, the brief flirtation Schwinn had with Prugnat lugs in the late sixties didn't go over very well with the Paramount faithful, so Schwinn went back to the Nervex Professionals from '71 until Chicago Paramount production ceased in '79. In 1981, Paramount production moved to Waterford, WI, and Schwinn switched to Henry James investment cast lugs and Cinelli BB shells.
