Hoping that someone can point me in the direction of an online source for new/cheap steel road frames.

I've tried the e-bay thing, but at the 61cm size range there only seems to be $50 schwinns or $800 De Rosas. With all of the decent complete steel bikes coming out of Taiwan these days, you'd think that it wouldn't be impossible to find a no-name or rebadged frame. I know there are a ton of great steel custom welders out there, but with a baby on the way that just isn't an option.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
