In case anyone from the future finds this post through a google search, I would not recommend this product simply because of the strap that falls apart to easily. It's velcro, and it's as if every time you tighten it up on the handlebars (which by design means at least every time it has been charged), some of the threads fray more and more until there's nothing left to the strap.
I went down to the mail room here at work and wrapped my disintegrating strap with some clear packing tape as a temporary fix, but I shouldn't have to to that with a $40+ headlight that I've only used maybe 20 times, if that many.
