True dat. I haven't yet got all my bikes to have the same crank length yet though. and some of the vintage bikes will keep their original cranks no matter what length crank. I've found that when it comes to cranks shorter is better. I prefer 165s on my road bikes and 155s on my recumbents. I can ride 170s without a problem but it harder to get the leg speed up.
