I have a race-x lite hub on a set of old zipp 500 wheels. I'm assuming the hubs are much newer than the rims. I have removed the freewheel but I can't figure out how to remove the wheel bearings themselves out of either the freewheel or axle. I just don't feel like randomly hitting with my large hammer just yet and I can't seem to find any manuels or links online that match this model.
