I detest the taste of over ripe bannanas. I like them right when the green is gone and no riper. I am doubtful that I'd like this. I do like real ice cream and I just factor it in or don't worry about one day over budget but below tdee.
They make great bananna nut bread though :-), you can also use them in the recipe for slow cooker oatmeal. Just put them in a ziplock and mash the hell out of them :-).
