I think the original 1997 frame was stripped to use the RSX group on another bike.

In any event, the bike as shown would be worth $150-$200 in the USA as pictured. As it is low end at $669 when new, fairly new, lacks original parts, and is not a high spec frame tube set, it is not considered a collectors bike.
