Dave, I'm pretty sure all of the PDG Series road Paramount frames and forks used Tange OS tubing.

The specs for all of the PDG Series road Paramounts appearing in the early nineties catalogs say, "Paramount Design Group/Tange OS Triple-Butted" tubing for the frames, implying that PDG and Tange had worked jointly to develop the tubes. The forks were "Tange, Chrome-Moly, Unicrown."
