What a crap job of a fixie conversion! As far as parts, just about any modern components will fit, you will need to seek advise from you local bike shop to get correct types and compatabilites with what is left on the bike.
Since the only photo is of the non-driveside it's impossible to tell if somebody drewed the derailleur hanger. That would be a real shame.

I thought so- but that tag at the bottom of the seat tube looks like it could be a Columbus sticker- I recall those tags being higher. But, of course, looking at the other pic you posted, it's at the bottom as well...
I briefly had a PDG Series MTB. It didn't have a number designation- but it had been pillaged for parts, and when I got it, the seat tube was cracked around one of the seat stays, it was crudely covered up with spray paint. But it had the cool PDG decals...
