Did you hear the announcer yesterday say that they were going 44mph on the flats? I think it may have been during the windy section with BMC up at the front. I wonder if there was a serious tailwind, because I think usually they don't really go above 32mph or so on the flats unless they are in the last few miles and chasing down the break.
