Now I have the TSR in bits I find the assembly very poor. V brakes wrongly adjusted with both brakes binding, no grease used on front and back spindles, front hub (as usual with cones too tight for a QR) and with a "Quando" cheap as chips hub...all in all a bit slap-dash. Transmission seems fine though and I now know how the rear wheel goes in and out.

Does anyone know where I can source a 42t ring for my Sturmey Archer Chain-set? I'd like to lower the gear range a touch but can only find complete Chain-sets for sale.
