Try adding some bar-ends, to the ends of your handle-bars. Have them pointed anywhere between straight forward and pointed up at 45 degrees. Using these will permit you to change the pressure points on your hands during the rides. Having the bars too close to the steering axis can make the steering unstable - that is why Nessism advised not to go shorter than 100 mm. Also try adjusting the position of the brake levers, so they dont force your wrists into uncomfortable positions.
