Front derailleur won't shift to the largest chainring

Hello. I'm new to derailleur-based bikes, bought one yesterday. I was not careful enough and my jeans leg got caught into front derailleur (must've seen this coming) and seem to have put it out of adjustment. I went to bike shop and got it adjusted and partially fixed. However, there is still one small thing. It downshifts perfectly (3 -> 2 -> 1), and it upshifts from 1 to 2 fine, too. However, shifting to the largest chainring works terribly. Most of times when upshifting from middle to large chainring I hear grinding noise from chainring and chain friction, but chain won't get caught on the chainring neither immediately, nor after some time, so I have to shift back into 2. Sometimes it would shift into 3 after all, but I couldn't figure what causes it to shift or not to shift. Trying to adjust H screw didn't help at all. Most strangest part is that it seems to shift perfectly fine when turning pedals by hand with rear wheel suspended in air, problem appears when trying to shift while riding the bike.

I've attached some pics of the front derailleur.

Any help is appreciated!
