You’ll notice I said ‘older’ not ‘old’. I’ve actually felt younger since I started riding but you all know that. Even a week after I began riding there were short moments when I was pedaling away and I felt like I was twenty five. Of course I then ran out of gas and had to stop pedaling. Now after a two hour ride I come home tired but my wife can see by the look on my face that I’ve had a good ride. I’ve either gone further or made it over that little hill that stopped me the previous week. Riding hasn’t given me that “Runner High” that I used to experience from time to time when I ran in my youth but I do feel “up”
