just my limited experience. im a 6' 330lb guy. just bought my first road bike cannondale synapse 5 105 carbon. swapped wheels for mavic A119 32h had to get the rear Wheel re aligned twice in my first 30 miles the third time i went back they really took their time to make sure all was good retentionned the spokes and used locktite on them now about 100miles later the Wheel is still straight like an Arrow .

not all bike shops do take the time for special needs.
