Looks to me to be the equivalent (although lugless) model of what was previously called the UO-9 (was designated "Super Sport" in 1979).

Steel rims, but with alloy cranks, and (luckily) not burdened with the rather poor Helicomatic rear hub!

It should make a good rider if it is the right size for you, and with a possible wheel upgrade in it's future.

I so liked the ride of my UO-9 that I immediately replaced the wheels with a pair of alloy rims off a 1980's Nishiki, and found and bought a micro-adjusting seatpost and leather saddle for it.:
