Those people who don't wear bike shorts for cycling are their own personal preference. Please don't try to say any negative comments of bike shorts (spandex), which are designed for cycling/biking !!!

Please go to ANY bike shops in the WORLD and check how many spandex bike shorts and baggy bike shorts in the shops.

The answer is SO obvious !
