Hi All,

I am a first time bike buyer and am planning to buy a Hybrid Bike. I am confused about the bike sizes as some post in inches as 26' , 28' etc and some as cc. Does any one know what is the difference between these 2 measurements and what will 700cc translate in terms of inch size for men's bike. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
