You post reads as if you may be looking for bicycles through on-line listings like Craigalist. Unfortunately most people don't understand bicycle sizing... that includes most people who own bicycles.
27 inch, 26 inch, and 700cc will generally refer to the bicycles wheel size (NOT the bicycle size). Although... sometimes bicycles built for very tall people may actually be a 26 or 27 inch and correctly referred to that way. It can be confusing.
