If you are careful about the size of the box $40-60 is what I have generally paid.

The $60 for packing is on the the high end of the normal range in my experience. I have been charged $40-60 and they handled dealing with UPS for me. They generally seemed to get a better rate than I would have on my own. Maybe they get a better rate for shipping from a business address?

Bottom line... It has usually been around $100 for packing and shipping with $120 being the highest.

If you are not careful and use too big of a box it can get much more expensive.
