I'm actually looking for something with the bare minimum of standover. As long as the jewels clear it should be fine, but I can't seem to get a frame that gets me as far back as I want to go behind the bottom bracket. A longer stem may help, but my legs don't feel right unless I'm well behind the BB, and with a long seat extension, and the seat all the way back it doesn't feel very solid. So I keep wanting bigger and bigger frames.
