i don't see anything i would call a bubble. maybe disfigured a bit. but it's just a pic, can't really tell much. i've ridden on tires that had a 3/16" bump on them, albeit in on the sidewall, for hundreds if not thousands of miles without out worry. it could blow out, but then again i get flats about every 1000 miles anyway.
