If you plan on keeping that saddle, then the most understated but classic look would be the black hoods, black tape and either black or the old-fashioned
silver cable housing. (OK, technically that is clear-over-silver-colored metal housing, but I've had another C&Ver tell me it looks just right on one of my vintage rides)
