Rode yesterday, the section from the Hendricks Island parking lot, south to Yardley, 16+ miles. It's all open with no detours.
I just checked with my buddy who lives locally, he states it's ridable from just north of Upper Black Eddy to Yardly, with a short carry detour between Point Pleasant and Lumberville. Completely doable and he's ridden this entire stretch in sections over the past 3 weeks.
Can't state as to north of Upper Black Eddy, but I don't think that section had washouts, which I think was at Paunnacussing Creek where it meets the canal and the river, as Fleecy Dale Rd. was affected and is still not open.
