In my experience internal geared hubs do not click at all. MY N360 clicks, but that is because it is not
geared and relies on a ratcheted freewheel like a traditional cassette setup. I have little to no experience on non-coaster brake rear hubs, though, so it may be different with a pure transmission with no brake built in.
