I never noticed much worth worrying about. Visually, they look more "wobbly" than clinchers, but I've never noticed any hops while riding. I usually race on good tires such as Vittoria's higher end ($60-$70). I have not tried FMB.
I raced on Clement back in the day that were very nice. Never thrilled with Continental.
