No pain since clavicle surgery (3 days ago). Actually, none since the fracture. Surgeon said it went together perfectly. Follow up today, assistant said I'm a quick healer. I was told to wean myself off the sling (basically use it for safety) and to go ahead and use my arm if I want but no heavy lifting yet.
Surgeon wasn't there, and had apparently said no riding for a couple weeks, but I am cleared to ride the trainer, hands on the bars if I can do it. PT starts tomorrow, absolutely no clue what to expect.
No spotting gymnasts with my left arm for a while though!
Oh, and I am now cleared to shower as well. That'll be nice after 3 days lol.
